Artichoke

The artichoke is a vegetable of Mediterranean origin, well known since ancient times. It was eaten since the people of Egypt and later by the Greeks and Romans.
Artichokes are beneficial for liver, rich in active components and purifying properties.
Large dark green leaves, blue hermaphrodite flowers and a stem that varies in height from 50 to 150 cm characterize the artichoke plant.
The minerals and vitamins of the artichoke have high antioxidant properties, therefore, these vegetables help diuresis and to eliminate toxins.
